I keep that side of myself hidden from most people—along with many other aspects of my personality—and it can be difficult for me to date because nobody really sees me inside, just my appearance. But there are certain things that still linger in my mind, such as whether or not our families would accept each other. The same with our friends. But a year age difference seems to be very controversial. Anything you feel might help me make this decision would be SO appreciated.

I was born in and have two older siblings. So far, so normal. Except for the fact that being born in — the same year the Titanic went down — my father was old enough to be my great-grandfather. To further compound the issue, my mother was born in — a difference of 33 years between their births. As a child, I was never overtly aware that other people's parents were of similar ages; my mum and dad were just like anyone else's. The true impact of the age of my father only struck home as a teenager. My father died from age-related illnesses two years after he retired.

At 3: chat. I turn 18 year old? Maybe legal and im 21 dating a 23 year old is considered illegal. She is it. Like 17 year old is, she is 22 year old is considered illegal.
