Tara Webster grew up in the dry Mallee region of north western Victoria, riding trail bikes and horses. She is happiest dancing barefoot, ideally somewhere in the middle of a wheat paddock, and dreams of becoming a professional dancer. She is naive, sensitive, and completely unprepared for life at the ultra-competitive National Academy of Dance. She finds it hard to adjust to life in a city Boarding House, and has to overcome homesickness, brutal criticism, a spiteful roommate, and an endless stream of embarrassing moments. Tara is lucky enough to have been born with a body that's almost perfectly suited to ballet; however compared to the other dancers, she is far behind in her training. However, Tara got into the Academy because she has something that no dancer can learn - she puts her heart and soul into every pointe and pirouette.

Hundreds of styles of swing dancing were developed; those that have survived beyond that era include Lindy Hop , Balboa , Collegiate Shag , and Charleston. Historically, the term "Swing" referred to the style of jazz music, which inspired the evolution of the dance. Jitterbug is any form of swing dance, though it is often used as a synonym for the six-count derivative of Lindy Hop called "East Coast Swing". A "jitterbug" might prefer to dance Lindy Hop, Shag, or any of the other swing dances.

While many speculated the Selling Sunset star struck up a romance with her season 29 partner Gleb Savchenko amid his divorce, it turns out a different pro quietly caught her eye.
Do we really need another dating show? It feels as if channels have explored practically every format humanly possible since TV first struck gold with the godfather of the genre, Blind Date. Come Dine With Me-styled Dinner Date , complete with its own irritating narrator doing their best Dave Lamb impression, was one of the better offerings. Remember the appalling Dress to Impress people aiming to find romance based on how they dressed the other person , Dating in the Dark pretty self-explanatory , and the truly eye-watering Naked Attraction , which arguably left the dating programme genre with absolutely nowhere else to go.
